This is truly so much more than yoga teacher training. It is life training, warrior training; a training of transformation. It affords you the space to rediscover the beauty and love that define who you really are: strong, beautiful, powerful, and a unique manifestation of the source of all things. Through this experience, you will learn to become a skilled and empowered yoga teacher.
Students can expect to gain deeper understanding of yoga as a practice; an in-depth understanding of yogic teachings, as well as a thorough grounding in the physical practices of yoga. We also make an effort to experience and explore the practices of Dharma movement, Yoga Nidra, Yin yoga, Ayurveda and much more in their authenticity in your personal practice, as well as in your practice teaching. This training is inspired by the Karma Yoga lineage of transcending one's actions and is dedicated to the transformational power of selfless service.
