CHAIR YOGA Teacher TRAINING VANCOUVER
Why Chair Yoga?
Many lineages of Yoga can be adapted for practice in a chair, allowing a wide population range to experience its benefits. Chair Yoga is definitely NOT just for those with impaired mobility, however - it is a wellness practice that can be done anytime, anywhere while wearing street clothes.
Yoga meets you where you’re at with unconditional love.
Whether you are recovering from surgery, athletic injury, chronic condition, use a wheelchair, or have limited mobility or anyone seeking a more supportive practice.
Chair Yoga helps in promoting strength, flexibility, self love and longevity in this physical body we call home.
Designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and caregivers seeking to make yoga accessible, safe, and empowering for all bodies and abilities.
