Restorative Yoga

In today’s turbulent and uncertain world, Restorative Yoga is quickly becoming one of the most popular forms of yoga. It is a fantastic way to address and manage many issues, including physical, mental and emotional challenges. Restorative Yoga can be a wonderful tool to reduce stress and find balance in our often hectic lifestyle. It is also ideal for assisting those working with injuries, or conditions such as high blood pressure, anxiety or chronic fatigue. Restorative yoga uses supported postures to encourage the passive release of tension stored in the body. It also calms the nervous system, and invites an opportunity for deep and nourishing rest.

“Really thought provoking for my own practice and as a yoga teacher.”

“I was fortunate enough to attend Manouk's Restorative Yoga teacher training last October. It was a wonderful experience, and really thought provoking for my own practice and as a yoga teacher. Manouk has a beautiful teaching style, really flowing along with all the changing needs of the group. She created a safe space for us to explore different approaches and try new ideas out. I felt supported and encouraged to go forward and try out what I learned and I have already started to bring more restorative techniques into my sessions. If you have the opportunity to attend this course - I highly recommend it.”
